RELEASE OF THE NEW VISITOR AND PACKAGE DELIVERY SYSTEM (SwipedOn)

The following information introducing SwipedOn was presented by Carol Heckelmann at the October 13, 2021 Open Board Meeting. Privacy issues were brought up by residents and have been taken into account and rectified. The system went live October 20, 2021.

The privacy enhancements were incorporated. During the sign-in process, all visitors will now be able to locate residents by Unit Number only. No other resident information will be displayed. Also, when a "guest" signs in to visit a resident, he/she may minimize disclosure of details by using only their initials. Other visitors (Contractors, Realtors and Delivery Persons) must input the required information.
